NEW GFE/HUD-1 LINE 1101 FEES
Main Street Settlements, Inc. will charge the following for Line 1101, which will roll up and include all of the borrower fees from Main Street at settlement:
- Sales Transaction: $690.00
- Refinance Transaction: $820.00 (this fee includes release fees for mortgages)
These fees do not include the cost of title insurance or government recording fees or transfer and recordation taxes or lender fees.
